Features

The Wall Features standard panels made from durable Grade 30 concrete, with dimensions of 1.5 meters by 1.5 meters for enhanced stability. The panels are designed with double perpendicular counterfort stems and offer a range of aesthetic finishes, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

The MRE wall reinforcement element is designed with hybrid reinforcement, positioned horizontally at the top and bottom of the standard panel tiebacks, ensuring enhanced structural stability. It incorporates PVC-coated hot-dip galvanized (HGI) wire mesh and high-tensile hot-dip galvanized tendons, providing superior strength and corrosion resistance. The system is anchored with a robust anchor block, ensuring optimal load transfer and durability, making it ideal for applications such as slope stabilization, retaining walls, and deep excavation support.

The Backfill Element utilizes a nominal amount of self-draining granular material to facilitate vertical and horizontal drainage systems. The remaining fill consists of locally sourced, suitable earth materials, optimizing both cost efficiency and environmental sustainability. This method ensures effective drainage while minimizing material costs and reducing environmental impact.
