The MRE wall reinforcement element is designed with hybrid reinforcement, positioned horizontally at the top and bottom of the standard panel tiebacks, ensuring enhanced structural stability. It incorporates PVC-coated hot-dip galvanized (HGI) wire mesh and high-tensile hot-dip galvanized tendons, providing superior strength and corrosion resistance. The system is anchored with a robust anchor block, ensuring optimal load transfer and durability, making it ideal for applications such as slope stabilization, retaining walls, and deep excavation support.
The Backfill Element utilizes a nominal amount of self-draining granular material to facilitate vertical and horizontal drainage systems. The remaining fill consists of locally sourced, suitable earth materials, optimizing both cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.
