The Agro Wall features standard rectangular panels made from durable Grade 30 concrete, with dimensions of 1.2 meters by 0.6 meters and a 76° inclination for enhanced stability. The panels include double perpendicular counterforts stem and are designed with perforations in the front-facing surface to allow for drainage and vegetation growth, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The Agro Wall incorporates an advanced reinforcement system featuring lay-off tie reinforcements, seamlessly connected horizontally at both the top and bottom to the precast unit tieback. This system utilizes PVC-coated, heavily hot-dipped galvanized wire mesh, ensuring superior durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term structural integrity.
The Backfill Element requires a nominal layer of self-draining granular material to support vertical and horizontal drainage systems, with the remainder utilizing locally sourced, suitable earth materials. This approach is aimed at achieving both economic efficiency and environmental friendliness.
